L'Union Blanche, a straightforward white rum combining 2 very different yet very fitting rums. This blend of Jamaica and Réunion may seem odd, but they both share one thing in common - their delicious and distinct flavors.

Jamaican white rum is known for its bold and full-bodied flavor, with hints of tropical fruit and spices coming from the tropical maceration/fermentation process. This rum is made using molasses or sugarcane juice, and is distilled in copper pot stills, giving it its unique flavor profile.
On the other hand, white rum from Réunion is made using fresh sugarcane juice, giving it a grassy and slightly floral flavor. This rum is known for its smoothness and subtle sweetness, with a refreshing finish. It's perfect for sipping on its own or using in cocktails that don't require a strong rum flavor.
